In the Canadian capital markets industry, there are substantial gaps in the level of female representation in senior management roles. The WCM Executive Coaching Award is designed to support the development of women into senior leadership roles.
The ultimate goal of the WCM Executive Coaching Award Program is to provide an opportunity for experienced professionals to develop executive skills and enhance their likelihood of promotion. Each Executive Coaching Award provides up to six months of individual career coaching (each award has a value of $15,000).
All candidate applications must be completed and emailed to awards@wcm.ca by 5:00 pm EST, Friday October 17, 2014.
