As a part of our initiatives to constantly grow and expand our solutions, we have recently secured a coveted membership with the Global Outplacement Alliance (GOA). A network of North American and international talent management providers, GOA has the highest code of ethics and professional standards that govern all aspects of the products, services and practices.
We have been proudly supporting and creating value for our clients since 1986 with a focus on Canada. In 2012, we had formally established a head office in Chicago dedicated to our valued customers in the U.S markets with an objective to provide a spectrum of talent management products and services. In our efforts to align ourselves with like- minded, value conscious service providers, we hope that this strategic partnership with GOA will create increased value to all our key stakeholders as an adjunct to our U.S. resource capacity.
The GOA membership represents a consolidation of the 15 best U.S. firms, with a broad reach in North America, plus international scale represented through another 200 member organizations. We are proud to provide the delivery of its services across Canadian geography, as the sole Canadian member. We will be the recipient of all delivery requests in Canada from the 15+ U.S. member organizations and representing Outplacement and other products and services, if needed, across the United States and abroad internationally.
