Congratulations to all the 2016 Mentorship Program participants and a special thanks to this year’s keynote speaker, Catalyst Inc’s Senior Regional Director, Vandana Juneja whose keynote address focused on understanding and busting persistent myths around women in the workforce.
Vandana shared Catalyst research findings from a longitudinal study following men and women MBA graduates from around the world, touching on a range of topics from the difference between mentorship and sponsorship to the gender wage gap, providing practical tools to address these issues.
The 2016 Mentorship Program with Women In Capital Markets matched 53 protégées with senior male & female mentors dedicated to advancing women in the industry.
Throughout the year, Felix has provided all of the Mentorship Program participants with executive coaching, personality assessments, facilitated networking, and leadership / career skill builds.
