Building its strong leadership team to address demands to improve employee experience, Felix Global hires Peter Burns, former VP HR at TD Business Banking.

Felix Global, North America’s leading provider of high-touch career management and leadership development services, is proud to announce the appointment of HR industry leader, Peter Burns, as Vice President of Client Services.

Peter joins Felix Global from TD Bank where he was Vice President Human Resources – Business Banking, responsible for talent architecture and development with a focus on evolving the relationship sales culture.

Peter brings 34+ years of executive human resources and line of business experience with one of Canada’s leading financial institutions. Knowing how to manage people change to grow results, he’s led numerous large scale growth initiatives at TD Bank across Global HR Services, TD Securities, and TD Business Banking. Advancing a data-driven approach to talent management, Peter has his finger on the pulse of the future of work, having recently led HR digitization projects integrating people analytics with business values to serve as the foundation for ongoing talent strategy.
