Previously with Dean Group and Hays Canada, Simon has 20+ years of executive experience in search, recruitment and relationship management driving business and talent results for his customers. As a natural connector who has extensive experience within our industry, Simon will undoubtedly strengthen existing relationships and be a key contributor in the growth and evolution of talent management at Felix.
