Felix is proud to be associated with the 10th Annual Shared Services Charity Golf Tournament that was held on August 19th 2015. In its 6th consecutive year, this charity golf tournament has raised funds for Habitat for Humanity, an independent not for profit housing program. Over the past five years, we have been associated with this initiative and have helped raise more than $353,000 in support for Habitat for Humanity along with other sponsors.
As a sponsor for the silent auction, Felix offered a 3 month executive coaching program which is currently being delivered by a certified Felix executive coach. The coaching program follows the co-active method of coaching.
Co-active coaching involves the active and collaborative participation of both the coach and the client. It is an alliance between two equals for the purpose of meeting the client’s needs. In this approach to coaching, the coach does not tell the client what to do, but, rather helps the client to find their own best answers. In this model, the coach uses process, and specific tools and techniques unique to the situation, and in service to the client’s agenda.
