Felix Congratulates the 2016 Recipients of WCM Emerging Leaders Executive Coaching Award

TORONTO, September 7, 2016 – Women in Capital Markets (WCM), a non-profit advocacy organization which promotes the entry and advancement of women into leadership roles in the industry, is pleased to announce the winners of the third annual WCM Emerging Leaders Executive Coaching (ELEC) Award. The ELEC Award is designed to support the development of high potential women, with 5 – 10 years’ experience and currently employed in the investment industry, in advancing into leadership roles in the industry.

The seventeen 2016 award recipients are:

Thanks to the support of Felix Global, WCM’s exclusive coaching partner, the 2016 award recipients will each participate in a six-month integrated leadership program that runs from Sept 2016 to Feb 2017. The program includes a personal assessment, personal coaching, group coaching and access to tools to enhance their leadership skills and equip them to compete for progressively more senior roles.
