Brian has over 30 years of broad based domestic and international experience in senior executive roles with some of the largest financial institutions in Canada. He has highly developed skills in coaching, sales and marketing both in Canada and internationally. Brian is particularly sought after as a coach and Senior Career Transition Consultant of executive level professionals. He is known as a seminar leader and presenter who motivates and inspires diverse audiences.

Brian has taught essential sales and leadership principles and management skills to hundreds of business leaders. His last role in Private Banking and Global Sales involved the implementation of sweeping changes in the Private Banking group. As an international banker, Brian possesses direct experience supervising operations in 22 countries that covered all aspects of private, corporate and investment banking.

He is driven by a strong sense of purpose and commitment to personal values, integrity, excellence and continuous improvement. He believes strongly that all successful people have coaches and has worked extensively with leaders in private and public companies, government and not for profit entities. Brian has an extensive record as a volunteer with a number of community based organizations. Brian lives in both the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia and in Toronto and works with clients and customers across Canada.
