In addition to her role as Managing Director, Katie is an ambassador for the firm where she manages strategic partnerships and directly supports customers ensuring their leaders stay ahead of the curve. As a Master Certified trainer in Facet5 Assessments, Katie also brings a deep experience and data-driven insights that translate to an invaluable perspective and approach to career and talent development.

When she’s away from the office, you’ll find Katie gardening at home with her daughter, husband, and dog or travelling around the globe with them honing her photography skills.
