In addition to her primary role supporting HR consulting and Outplacement services, Marisa assists with internal Human Resource processes including Recruitment & Selection, Policies & Procedures, and Training & Development. An HR professional with experience in Adult Education, Marisa brings a diverse skill set to support our customers, partners, and career transition participants.

Marisa has strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and communications abilities honed through years of high performance athletics and working abroad. After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Sciences at the University of British Columbia, Marisa went on to gain over two years of adult and child education experience in Tokyo, Japan. This international experience has contributed to Marisa’s strong communication and program development skills.

Originally from Kelowna, BC, Marisa moved to Toronto to pursue a career within Human Resources. Outside of the office, you can find Marisa exploring Toronto’s best restaurants or tasting Ontario wines.
