With over 30 years of executive HR experience specializing in workforce transformation and change management, Peter is an insightful advisor and sounding board who can provide calm and thoughtful leadership in times of need. Peter brings a diversity of experience from his career at TD Bank where he served as the Vice President of: Compliance & Regulatory Services, Corporate HR, Business Banking & Insurance, and Commercial Banking. Peter’s passion for great workplaces culminated in a specialist executive role to spearhead an enterprise-wide employee experience mandate, which elevated employee engagement levels to an entirely new level.
The powerful combination of business and people acumen Peter developed over the last three decades enables him to deeply understand the unique cultures and needs of diverse stakeholder groups – from the front-lines all the way up to senior executives. Peter specializes in devising and deploying strategic people initiatives that build and strengthen leadership capability, employee experience, and performance.
