Since 1983, Russ has been involved in HR consulting where he has specialized in career coaching and management to support businesses and leaders undergoing change. Prior to his tenure at Felix Global, Russ was a partner in an executive search firm and has held numerous corporate positions in sales, management, marketing and training at Colgate-Palmolive and Kroger.

Russ is a prolific author and has written more than 200 published articles which have been featured in numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal. He has also been interviewed for articles in Money, Smart Money, Kiplinger and Gentleman’s Quarterly and has appeared on CNN’s “Take it personally”.

When Russ is not in the office, you’ll find him spending time with his 8 grandchildren and exploring new wines with his wife, adding to their renowned wine cellar including a number of rare vintages.
