Through her role as a Senior Program Manager, Teresa has developed a deep level of knowledge about assessment tools allowing her to act as the the firm’s in-house assessment and measurement expert.

As a well-rounded leader, Teresa plays a critical role in supporting the Executive team. She works directly with multiple Vice Presidents to provide insights, resources, and proactive guidance to the firm’s customers, helping them solve their critical business challenges.

When Teresa is away from the office, you’ll find her spending time with family, perfecting Italian inspired recipes, and decorating her signature desserts - artfully crafted cake pops!
